Maritime Cybersecurity
Support for IACS UR E26/E27, IEC 62443-aligned architectures, gap analysis, cyber risk assessment, class notation preparation and FAT/SAT cyber evidence.
Independent maritime technology consultancy
Adexia Tech helps shipowners, operators, shipyards and maritime integrators design, review and validate critical onboard systems across connectivity, navigation, GMDSS and maritime cybersecurity.
What Adexia Tech does
Modern vessels depend on complex digital infrastructure: satellite connectivity, IP networks, OT systems, navigation electronics, GMDSS, cybersecurity controls, remote access and class requirements. Poor design decisions become expensive once the vessel is built, delivered or already operating.
Adexia Tech acts as an independent technical partner to reduce that risk: reviewing designs, challenging assumptions, supporting compliance processes and helping stakeholders make robust, defendable engineering decisions.
Services
Support for IACS UR E26/E27, IEC 62443-aligned architectures, gap analysis, cyber risk assessment, class notation preparation and FAT/SAT cyber evidence.
Vessel connectivity strategy using Starlink, OneWeb, VSAT, LTE/5G, Peplink SD-WAN, traffic management, bonding, failover, QoS and secure remote access.
Consultancy for GMDSS, ECDIS, radar, AIS, gyro, GNSS, nautical data protocols and regulatory compliance across commercial vessels and superyachts.
Owner representation, design review, vendor assessment, technical due diligence, project supervision and independent second opinions for shipyards and integrators.
Cybersecurity & class readiness
New maritime cybersecurity requirements demand more than a firewall datasheet. They require a coherent system view: asset inventory, segmentation, secure configuration, remote access control, monitoring, incident response, supplier documentation and testable evidence.
Review vessel scope, system boundaries, asset lists, network diagrams, remote access and supplier documentation.
Define target architecture, segmentation, security zones, conduits, access policies and operational controls.
Build the documentation package for gap closure, FAT/SAT planning, test cases and class-facing evidence.
Support implementation reviews, commissioning, SAT execution, remediation tracking and final technical reports.

Selected expertise
Adexia Tech combines deep IP networking and operator experience with practical maritime systems knowledge: satellite communications, SD-WAN, navigation electronics, GMDSS survey experience and cybersecurity architecture.
Founder
Telecommunications passionate, CTO, maritime technology consultant and GMDSS senior radio surveyor.
Jesús has more than 30 years of experience in telecommunications, IP networks, critical communications, systems architecture and maritime electronics. He has co-founded and led technology companies as CTO, including a telecommunications operator that grew from a small founding team to a publicly listed company.
His background combines carrier-grade IP infrastructure, VoIP, cybersecurity, maritime connectivity, GMDSS, navigation systems and class-oriented compliance support. This gives Adexia Tech a practical and independent view of vessel digital infrastructure: from board-level decisions to technical implementation details.
“The objective is simple: help maritime stakeholders make better technical decisions before those decisions become operational, regulatory or financial problems.”
